  The AMAZING women (including an “Alex”) at the help desk at this store went through camera footage with my friend and GOT THE LICENSE PLATE of the vehicle of the thieves! We went to the RCMP with the evidence and in the end I GOT MY WALLET BACK and my trip was saved! They were not obligated to help me at all as much as they did, but they did help, and it made a massive difference.

  had a customer there for an inspection, jeff the service manager is out to lunch met pre schoolers smarter than him. Jeff relies on mechanics for labor times and there triple the labor costs. give your head a shake jeff

  I was traveling across Canada on my motorcycle, and some guys stole my wallet (which had all my IDs) right in front of this Canadian Tire. It was one of the worst days of my life since it meant I would have to go back to my home province (Ontario) for new IDs, and did not have enough time to ride back as winter was on it's way, so I was in an EXTREMELY bad position.

  Was told to leave because I had a small bag with me. If you have a problem with security get security on the door. Thoroughly unimpressed. (For prospective, I had just been to walmart, home depot, marks and many other stores. None of which had a problem with my bag.)

  Horrible customer service went in the store to get one of the Hymalain salt lamps that were on sale in the flyer for 25 bucks they had 12 in stock asked a guy that worked there he said they were at the end of one aisle didn't show us or anything we looked for about 15 minutes could not find them asked another guy he asked the same one and then he showed us where they were supposed to be another older lady was standing there after she was told yesterday to come back today she was waiting for about 30 minutes at this point and the guy we had helping us went to the back to look for about 20 minutes and said they were recieved on the 12th another guy went and asked the manager and she said they were recieved this morning they went to look again for about 10 minutes another work walked by us covering her face saying she can't help us because she has like 3 other people she is helping we didn't even ask for her help because we already had a guy helping us so the two that were looking came back and said to the 5 of us waiting to check back tomorrow and they might be out they didn't have the sales tags on it or nothing.

  Good selection of items, but short isles need number signs for locating merchandise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Adequate parking available.
