  2/21/18 In response to this review Grower Direct reached out and offered concessions for this experience. I was informed that this particular shop will soon not be affiliated with Grower Direct and as such will render this review less relevant. I will also note that I have not had issues with previous walk in service over the years and look I forward to posting a more positive review in the future.

  Every year I get my mom flowers for her birthday from Art of lovers and they are always amazing, her birthday was last week and the flower still look as pretty as they did when I bought them. The staff is very helpful and always assist me in finding the perfect bouquet of flowers. I also love the other gift items they have in the store.

  Awesome service every time! They are so accommodating to price and flower choices and will always make it work within my budget. Beautiful, creative arrangements and gives back to our community often!

  Easy to talk to and bring beautiful arrangements to live. easy to talk to and they do a lot of community donations!! I know nothing about flowers and they are very patient. its been awhile since i have gotten flowers but that is where I go when I do :)

  Figured I would take a jump into the 21st century and order my flowers via Grower Direct. I chose this option since my significant other works in the same complex as the florist. I got up nice and early and placed an order only to be phoned just before lunch (approximately 4 hours later) and told they wouldn't deliver the flowers until the day after Valentines Day (which they tried to sell as a great alternative). In addition they were nice enough add a three to four business day wait on my refund so I was unable to afford to make other arrangements.

  Every time I have entered this location I have been greeted with a smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The girls are always very willing to help every customer get exactly what they are wanting!
