  When I noticed they had a vehicle I have wanted for quite some time I contacted Boundary Ford and dealt with Ricky Paul. Having worked in the industry, currently with a luxury brand I can say it was a very smooth transaction and exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was just as described upon my visit after driving east. Best of all Ricky got me a fantastic price compared to the market. I gave an offer.. he got there right away and it was a done deal with a deposit over the phone... from salesman to salesman I was impressed. Highly recommend Ricky Paul and Boundary Ford.

  I am very disappointed in the customer service and work at this dealership. I took my truck in for a oil change on Jan 3d was told I had a transfer case leak and oil was noticed on/around the transfer case and they had to add a liter of oil. I'm a licensed heavy duty mechanic so I will look at it when I get home. I go to drive away first they had the truck in 4x4 when i had it in 2wd no big deal took it out. Truck sat for a week and half at my hotel as I work out of town. I get home and decide to look at the truck. First i can smell nothing but antifreeze so pop the hood and they left my coolant cap off luckily i didnt loose it and it was still in the bay. Then I go a look at the Tcase and not a drop of oil or any sign of a leak and the oil is pretty close to bang on the level with no signs of a fill. Seems really shady and dishonest with poor quality work.

  We had great service with Boundary Ford they were easy to deal with, very fast and efficient. And great prices they were cheaper than the average shop which was very nice! We will recommend anyone to go there. They would even talk to us like a normal human being not try and just push us out the door even after we were done. Very helpful with any and all questions. Thank you Boundary Ford!
