    Richardson's Jewellery is definitely the best place to shop for engagement rings or anything really! All the staff is really helpful and we also get the best service.

    The night I got engaged a diamond fell out of my ring. I sent it in to get fixed, 4 weeks later still no ring. I was told it's at the goldsmith, then at the manufacturer and now they won't give me a straight answer as to what's wrong with my ring or when I'm getting it back!

    Please do NOT bring your jewellery here to get repaired!! Their goldsmith , that they raved about working for them for 25 years, absolutely botched my ring. So incredibly disappointed in the lack of common sense of their goldsmith.
