  I was very worried about how it would be to have a stranger assist me in a foreign place. Once I saw the welcoming face of the receptionist all my worries went away. My grandmother, mother, and I felt very relieved when so many welcoming faces assisted us with such efficiency. This amazing lady at front desk with no hesitations offered her help to us, and so we explained her my situation. She was afraid they were fully booked but she did everything possible for the doctor to see me. After no more than a 15 minute wait she showed us through the waiting room and in no time someone came for me and introduced me to the lady that was going to work on me that day. She treated me with such kindness and delicateness I felt very well taken care of. She examined my situation and called her boss to approve her diagnosis and procedure. The doctor, Dr. Michael Goldstein explained my mother everything they were going to do on me, and cleared his employee to proceed. The lady started working on me and in no time I was ready to go!

  Back home my orthodontist placed in the inner side of my mouth two specific lingual brackets, but after the work was done she didn't bother to take them off my teeth. Eventually, the bottom of my tongue was cut by the metal brackets and this didn't allow me to not even swallow my own saliva. My grandmother, worried sick about me, immediately googled an orthodontic establishment. Luckily, we found Tru Orthodontics.

  I went on vacation to Toronto, Canada visiting my grandmother. My family and I were staying at a Springhill Suites hotel in Vaughan city and one day we decided to go to Vaughan Mills. While being there we made a quick stop in the food court and this is where this story begins...

  The next day, and for what was left of my vacation I enjoyed every minute with my family thanks to this EXCELLENT orthodontics clinic. I really congratulate all members of the staff for their incredible care on their patients and impeccable installations.
