  lloydminster staff is far from down to earth and friendly. theyre untrained, uncaring girls. the lack of knowledge about products on their shelf was beyond sad and pathetic. the atmosphere when you walk in there is the worst. nobody greets you, let alone even moves their head or makes eye contact (not like theyre ever busy)

  Made an appointment, got there ten minutes early, waited 1/2 hr after appointment time. No one called for me, no one called me, no one said a word to me. They knew I was there. I just got up and left.... Glad I get to pay someone else to cut my hair. Tried to give zero stars...

  They cut my hair very in even and I was not pleased and the lady was in a rush while doing it

  Great product availability & lots of sales on products. Had a few bad cuts over the years but haven't been in a while. Could have all new hairdressers at this point but i wouldn't know.
